two years ago, when my sister Sofie was just three, she was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. My dad was already living gluten free, so I decided to take action. I love baking, and I didn’t want anyone to feel left out so I set out to create a perfect chocolate chip cookie that everyone could enjoy, regardless of gluten intolerance. And that’s how these cookies were born a sweet treat for everyone.

For my Bat Mitzvah project, I’m raising money to provide computers for at least 10 young girls from low-income Jewish families in Argentina. These girls have limited access to technology, and I want to help them expand their education in coding, engineering, and technology. I’m using the funds I raise by selling my gluten-free cookies to buy these computers, and with each sweet treat, I hope to open a door to a brighter future for them.
